Making Your Payment
After your loan has funded, NOVA may elect to “Retain” or “Not-Retain” the loan servicing of your mortgage. If NOVA retains the servicing, the payments and servicing activity will remain at NOVA. If NOVA does not retain the servicing, your mortgage loan will transfer to another servicer. Throughout the process, NOVA will provide written notice to our customers to keep you informed of any transition that may occur. If NOVA Home Loans is not retaining the servicing of your loan, however your first/second payment(s) need to be paid directly to NOVA prior to the transfer to a new servicer, please click here or mail your first payment to:
