About Julie
Julie began selling real estate in 1987 after obtaining her real estate license. Through that process, she developed a strong interest in the lending industry and decided to become a Loan Officer in 2001. She recently accepted her position at NOVA® Home Loans and the rest, as they say, is history. The past 18 years have produced many changes and growth in the mortgage industry. Through all of that, Julie has highlighted some basic principles you should be aware of as a consumer. As a borrower, your needs and expectations should be top priority of your Loan Officer. Your transaction should be smooth and problem free. Your unique situation should be treated with respect and a course of action should be carefully considered to meet your specific needs.
Your Loan Officer should be your expert advisor and someone who you can turn to with any and all mortgage related financial questions. Finally, when you get to the closing table, you should know exactly what to expect, with no suprises. When you choose Julie as your Loan Officer you can expect a well rounded knowledge of the mortgage and real estate industry and exceptional long term customer service long after the close of your loan. On a personal note, Julie is a Colorado native, married and has three children. In addition to helping buyers realize their dreams of owning their own home, she loves being outdoors, hiking, skiing and is highly active in her community.
