Hey guys! My name is Chad and I am a loan officer assistant on The Raquiza Team. I was born and raised in the PNW and have loved every second of it! I was blessed with the opportunity to join The Raquiza Team in February, 2022.

Before joining the team, I went to school at Washington State University (Go Cougs!) where I graduated with a degree in Finance. I first got introduced to the mortgage industry working in a call center for Joe in High School. Here is where I learned a lot of my communication skills especially when it pertains to talking on the phone.

For the Raquiza Team, I take on a lot of the business development tasks such as creating cost analyses for borrowers and reaching out to agents to make sure their needs are met.

When I am not working, you can find me skiing in the winter or golfing and hanging out with friends in the summer!
